To reduce poverty by creating employment and income-generating opportunities for women and youth.

To provide training, mentorship, and capacity-building programmes in poultry production, entrepreneurship, and financial management.

To promote food security and improved nutrition through increased poultry production.

To facilitate access to finance, grants, inputs, equipment, and markets for women poultry farmers.

To encourage research, innovation, and the adoption of modern poultry farming technologies.

To collaborate with government agencies, development partners, financial institutions, and private organizations in implementing empowerment and agricultural development programmes.

To promote gender equality, women's economic inclusion, and community development.

To organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and awareness campaigns on agriculture, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.

To undertake any other lawful activities that support the vision and objectives of the Women Poultry Empowerment Initiative (WPEI).
